Can I send my order straight to the recipient?
Absolutely! I never include an invoice or price (unless requested), and all my jewellery is packaged beautifully so it can be sent direct as a gift.

Can I add a gift message?
Of course! Just add your message in the 'notes to seller' box in your cart. Please make sure you check the spelling and punctuation before you confirm. Your message will be included with your order.
When will I receive my purchase?
Dispatch of most items is within 3 - 5 working days, which usually means delivery within 7. For rings, the dispatch time is 2 - 3 weeks depending on whether the piece is being hallmarked and how quickly you are able to provide your ring size. Please let me know when ordering if you need your piece for a certain date.

How do I find out my ring size?
If you order a ring from me, I will always send out a ring sizer first with instructions, to ensure we are working to exactly the same sizes. I can make rings in half sizes if needed. Please do not use online or printable ring sizers as these can be very inaccurate.
