This beautiful Paua Shell ring is completely handmade in silver, using natural shell sourced from the waters off New Zealand. This stunning shell has a distinctive mix of blue and turquoise shades.

No two pieces of Paua Shell are the same, which makes every ring unique! This beautiful handmade ring features an 10 x 8mm cabochon of natural Paua Shell, also sometimes called Abalone.

This ring would also make a gorgeous and unique "something blue" for any bride, especially one with a connection to the sea, travel or New Zealand.

My rings are packaged in a branded ring box, finished with a ribbon, and come with a silver polish cloth to keep them clean and shiny.

What happens when I order a ring?

The first thing is that you will receive a ring sizer, with instructions, so that you can measure your ring size and ensure that your custom-made ring will be the perfect size.  If you're buying as a gift, I recommend comparing the ring sizer to one of your recipient's rings!

I offer a free resizing service if you use the ring sizer provided, so in the unlikely event your ring isn't perfect, you can send it back for adjustment.

Once I have your ring size, I will begin work on your ring.  If you would like 'work in progress' photos, that's no problem!  Just let me know when ordering and I'll gladly take some as I work.

When your ring is complete, it will be sent to you via tracked post.

Is this ring hallmarked?

By UK law, only silver pieces over 7.78g require a hallmark.  As standard, this piece is not hallmarked.  If you would like hallmark, please make sure you select the correct option from the drop down menu.  Please note there is a surcharge of £15 for hallmarking.

What marks would it include?

If your piece is hallmarked, it will be marked in Sheffield so will feature the Yorkshire rose, as well as '925' denoting sterling silver or higher quality, and my initials as the maker's mark.
